Brake Fitment Issues? Same caliper

Just wondering if the 10 bolt and the 9 bolt use the same calipers, and the same rotors? Also what about the brake lines, are those the same that connect to the caliper?

Thanks,

I'd recommended simply buying the proper backing plates. Both ebmiller and AndyZ28 sell them.
