Best pads for 1LE brakes?

Who makes the best pads for these? They use some dinky small *** pads in these setups, and my current ones just smoke and glaze during hard stops. The roters arent overheating, but the heat generated at the interface overwhelms the pads.

Case in point: I did a quick few second blast through 3rd gear to redline to check something and I wasnt paying attention to how fast I was going. Someone wasnt looking and they pulled right out in front of me while I was doing a 100+. Needless to say, the brakes didnt do much, just that burning smell. Thank god there was a shoulder there...

Re: Best pads for 1LE brakes?

Could this also be an issue with the composition of the rotors? Maybe the rate of heat transfer isnt high enough?
