So, I'm looking for some ceramic brake pads, and autozone sells some but they list the same number for front and back. Well obviously the front pads won't work on the back because of the metal sticking out to hold it in place(emergency brake). Are the front pads supposed to fit the back? What hold the rear pads in place?

Didn't have much time to search, so any help is appreciated.
