LS1 Ebrake problem?

LS1 Ebrake problem?
I bought what I thought would work ebrake cables for my ls1 front and rear on a 4th gen axle setup, part # BC94264. They fit and all that, but they are just too damn tight!! Is there any way to adjust em? I wasnt sure if the thirdgens had a manual adjustment or not ( I didnt look). Any suggestions?
