I was wondering if you can use the ls1 or c5 brake booster and master cylinder when you swap to the c5 brakes? Is it better? is there any modding that needs to be done.

master cylinder will work, you will need the pushrod from the ls1 car, and the brake lines will have to be tweaked a bit. Thats what im running with c5 fronts and ls1 rears
booster will not work
booster will not work

did the master cylinder change anything? also what do you mean by tweaking the lines just routing or does it take different ends and what pushrod are you referring too?

the master cylinder has a smaller bore, so it help overall brake function. To be honest i never drove the car with the c5's and the new ls1 master, they were all done during the engine swap. the master is a little shorter, and the holes are in slightly different spots so the lines from the reservoir to the master end up in the wrong spot. I was able to just bend the small line and make it work, but i had to make a new line for the larger tubing size.
the push rod that goes in the booster and pushes the piston inside the master is different in the ls1 booster than the stock one, the parts just swap out between the two boosters.
