messed up brake problem...
ok, heres my issue... i got my trans installed.. and was testing it out and the brakes seemed to be working fine...
after running the car for a little bit, putting it in and out of gear and moving it back and forth, it started leaking brake fluid, i thought it was leaking from one of the calipers, so i replaced both calipers,
I re-bled the brakes, they hold pressure fine when the car is off, and they hold pressure fine at idle, or so it would seem, but after driving the car for a few, it starts leaking again. the weird thing is, is that its dripping from the cover that bolts on the trans to cover the torque converter.
it will only leak after driving the car for a few, it doesnt seem to leak otherwise.
any ideas what my problem is? i was thinking if it were a bad brake line, that it would leak everytime i pressed the pedal.
thanks,
-jeremy

Re: messed up brake problem...
i believe there is a valve on/near the transmission that opens when you hit the brakes to shift from park-drive gears. I heard about those going on alot of s10's and leaking only after being driven. But im not entirely shure. can someone back me up on this?

how about this? is it a possibility that the prop valve is the cause? if so.. where is the prop valve located?
