How can I be sure I have disc/disc prop valve

I just pulled some proportioning valves out of some cars yesterday that had rear disk brakes. Since I know some people make the swap to four wheel disks but sometimes don't change the prop valve, how can I be sure I have the disk/disk one. There are some numbers stamped on the sides of them but I have no idea what they mean. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Mike

PS - What is the RPO code for rear disk brakes? There are a couple cars that still have the prop valves but the rear ends are missing. Just want to know if it is worth grabbing those.
