How to bleed brake system.

I'm going to install a new rear rubber brake hose on my four wheel brake discs Firebird Formula 1988 ( because the existing one is 20 years old now...).
Everything works fine now, even with the old hose, anything to watch for, when bleeding the system after fitting the new hose?
Thanks!

No leaks, job done today, thanks Ebmiller.
To my surprise, there are two different rear rubber brake hoses, and I only got the left one new.......!!
So I going to order the right one next week, it's going to be installed (much!!) later, I'm afraid...!
