Right Rear Tire Locks Up

I have a problem with my passenger rear tire locking up when I push the brakes. I have new pads on the front and about half life left on the rear shoes, everything seems to be adjusted and the brakes have been blead all the way around so what could it be? This is on a 1990 Camaro RS V6 Front Disc and Drum Rear

Blown and/or leaking wheel cylinder. Take a look under the car and if you see fluid, that's it.

That's what my guess was. I had a Jeep that did that and it was a bad wheel cylinder. I'd get a new cylinder and brake hardware kit and see if that solves your problem.

Thanks everyone it turned out is was the passenger side rear wheel cylinder I just changed it with a new one and bleed the system and now it stops like it should. Turned out to be a less then 15 dollar fix. Thanks again
