parking brake cable and a couple of other issue

Transmission: auto to manaul

parking brake cable and a couple of other issue

I am doing a rear end swap. swaping from drum to disk. first the parking brake cables runs above the rear end right? not under ( i dont remember). second where can i get the c-clip that go between the rubber and metal lines, that hold them in place?

Above. The boneyards will be full of the clips.
