Yep, that's all you need. I almost replied with this thread but it covers the removal:

Place it as close to where it needs to be, have someone hold one side of the tab on the clip firmly with a punch or large screwdriver while you place the punch on the opposite tab and hit it sharply with a hammer. Please wear gloves and eye protection.
