rear drum brake bleeding problems. need help!!

i've got an 89 camaro with the rear drums. i've replaced the shoes, springs, and wheel cylinders. the rear brakes didn't feel like they were grabbing much so bled them. i noticed when i was bleeding them that there wasn't much fluid coming out. i've bled cars with drum brakes and have always had quite a bit fluid of come out. i was having to use a socket and ratchet to do it because those bleeder screws a recessed into the wheel cylinders. i intalled an adjustible proporting valve and a new master cylinder. it helped some, but not a big differance. i've opened the prop valve to where it is fully open and it still doesn't push a lot of fluid through. i've replaced all the brake lines except the ones that go on the axle housing itself. any ideas?

I've got a couple of ideas.
1. check that break line on the axle for kinks
2. Obvious but got i to say, make sure the resevoir is full
3. make sure your using new fluid and not cylcing the old fluid back through.( could cause blockage)
4. Make sure that u adjusted the brake shoes out so they drag on the drum alittle.

there aren't any kinks in the lines. resevoir is full. when i replaced the lines i drained the system and refilled it with new fluid. the shoes are adjusted properly. i thought it might be a clog in one of the lines, but its both lines doing it. one more than the other.

before i did all of this if i had the back end raised up in the air and put it in gear it wouldn't hold the tires, but now that i've done this when i put in gear they will turn about an eighth of a turn and then it hold them.
