Re: how do i install my adjustable prop valve?
you can eliminate the stock pro valve, just tye the front 3 lines together, your going to have to re-flare the lines and find the proper "t" fitting. What i did was take the propvalve, cut the front section off, weld up the holes and use the remaining piece for the junction for the front brake lines. No modification of the lines required!
for the adjustable valve, plumb it inline with the rear brakes right off the master. Again, you will have to do some flaring and such to get it installed. I installed on recently, and i didnt want to deal wit reflaring the hardlines, since they are stainless, so i dug around and found the proper sized bubble flare union for the rear hardline, made a little adapter and a short bent piece off the master. Pretty straight forward, but finding the right parts took forever.

Think I'd go with the new 3/16" line. I don't like any more adapters and fittings on brake lines then I absolutely have to use!!!

Re: how do i install my adjustable prop valve?
my valve came with the proper 1/4" inverted flare x 1/8 npt adapter, local auto parts store, napa, ect should have it. No point replacing the entire rear hard line, unless its rotted, maybe a good time to check.
