I was reading the haynes manual on my firebird and saw something interesting and it does not explain why to do this. It says to mark the relationship between the wheel and the axle. I know how to adjust the cable but it says to do this only on cars with disk brake axles. Anyone have an idea as to why or is this just a useless step in the manual?
