Help?

Finally got around to putting on the rotor & pad combo I got from Summit on sale close to a year ago.

Installed the new wheel bearings and rotors, everything was good.

A pair of remanufactured calipers is $26, so I got those as well.

I go to install the caliper with the pads, and they fit so tightly on the rotor that the rotor is now very difficult to turn... WTF? This is on both sides.

The piston is compressed all the way into the caliper... The new pads and rotor were noticeably thicker than the old ones, but they should still fit I thought... Being application specific and all...

Am I missing something? Did I forget to do something? WTF
Is there anything I can do besides getting my brand new rotors turned?

Perhaps something in the sticky above.

Re: Help?

Are you referring to the "Difficult of Rotor Install" sticky? I've read through that several times, actually used it as a guide somewhat while doing this. There isn't anything I did differently that I can think of

How much clearance do the pads and rotor normally have after they are replaced?
