Whats the difference between a LS master and a LT master?

After rebuilding half my car over the last few months, the one part I didnt touch decided to brake (no pun intended). Something is wrong with my master. As soon as I bleed it out, it locks up after about 2 inches of travel. The one I have on there now I believe is the LT master. I just looked up on Auto Zone's site what a new one cost and the LS master is about $50 more than the LT master both of them new. Is there a big difference between the two?
