Shim/ no shim Rear LS1 brake retrofit
For some reason, I haven't found the decisive answer. When adding ls1 brakes on a drum rear axle, do I need to shim the backing plate?

89-92 10-bolts cars with PBR's had shims if needed--I've read that the 89 9-bolt didn't require them.
