Part number confusion

I'm trying to figure out what I already have available to use out in my garage. I have an assortment of master cylinders and prop valves that I kind of remember where they came from. Then I decided to look up the numbers and label them, but now I'm even more confused.

I have three different master cylinders, two with a small bore, and one with a large bore... but they all have the same part number. What gives?

Do the prop valves not have the actual part # stamped onto them? The stamped # doesn't seem to be a GM part number. The ones I have are either "NB" or "NC" code. One is supposed to be disc/disc, the other disc/drum, but that doesn't jive with what they were removed from.

My response won't answer you master question, but GM mentions that you can use either with a rear disc set-up (has to do with pedal feel).

The numbers on the combination valve appear to be useless where ID is concerned.
