Ok as the title says I completed a drum to disk swap on my 89 Trans Am using a 94 Z28 rear end. The guy I got the rear end from sold the rear calipers and brackets. I have new rear calipers but am unable to find the caliper brackets for a 93-97. Although I can find he rear brackets for a 98-up question is are the brackets for a 98-up interchangable with the brackets for a 93-97?

if you were to swap to the 98 up bracket/ caliper/ rotor then it would be a direct swap. since its a disk rear i believe its a direct bolt on.....

Problem is I already have the rear caliper, rotors, and pads for a 93-97 rear. Just need the brackets. I have compared the calipers for the 93-97 and the 98-up and the caliper pins are in the same location. I'm just trying to figure out if the brackets are interchangable or if anyone know where I can find the rear caliper brackets?

Ah, I thought you were talking about backing plates. The 89-97 abutment brackets (caliper carriers) are the same; LS1's are different. Contact Ed Miller at the above site. He probably has something in his shop.
