master cylinder swap

I've read a lot of threads on this subject and I seem to be confusing myself and just want to make sure.

I have a master cylinder from a LS1 car, and like I said just making sure.

do I need to do anything els to make this work....is this a TRUE plug and play.
I know the threads for the brake lines to the porportioning valve work.

please let me know

thanks

Re: master cylinder swap

the master will fit, you may have to tweak the brake liens form the master to the prop a little. It won't cause a problem with the rear brakes.

Re: master cylinder swap

Post your results - I installed my LS1 M/C and now my brakes SUCK - They have been bled, and bled, and bled and still the same, crappy pedal and the car feels like it won't lock up the brakes anymore. Same setup as you, disc/drums.

Post when you install it and let us know what your pedal feels like.
