brake booster hissss
my peddle is hissing ferociously and i have no power behind my peddle ive been stopping like fred flintstone for the past week im 100% its my booster now my question is how hard is this to replace in a third gen doesnt look any harder than any other booster but is there anything specifically i should know?

that is always a tricky situation, it could be a number of things. I would check your vaccum line that connects to the booster, that is the most likely problem, the hose itself could be punctured or the fittings could be broken(plastic) or could be the rubber boot that the fitting goes around the fitting. I would check those before going through the hassle of replacing it. if you are sure that the booster is faulty than it is removed from the pass. compartment. kinda hard to get to but is possibile

well i already changed the booster took me almost an hour really wasnt as hard as i thought it'd be. but it fixed my problem. the car is still stalling though because i wasnt able to use my speed sensor when i did the tranny swap because the new one was electronic & mine was mechanical (on the tail shaft) im not too sure what to do about this if i plug in the speedometer sensor theb ny speedo goes straight to 110 when i start the car. the cars driveable just enjoys stalling when at idle in drive
