choosing brake pads

When I look up brakes for 89 camaro rs v8 I get the option of ILE or J65 front brake pads. What is the difference and what version does mine use?

1LE is for the performance system with 11.7" rotors and dual-piston alum PBR calipers, which your car won't have. Yours will use the standard system, which uses 10.5" rotors and single-piston iron Delco-Moraine calipers. Both systems are J65 (with four-wheel disc brakes).

Should you be interested, pics of the 1LE's can be seen in my vbGarage (icon with roof next to my online status).
