Car: 91 formula

Engine: 350 tuned port. bolt ons

Transmission: 700r4

Axle/Gears: 3.73

pads not contacting rotors. pics inside

so did a rear brake job on my 91 formula 2 weeks ago. everything went great but if you look at the pic you will see that the pads are not fully being contacted to the rotor. [ see rust on rotor] that tells me its not contacting that area. This is the case on both rear wheels. any thoughts? the car stops fine.

i've never seen brake pads that touch 100% of the rotor
