Quick question about wheel bearings while changing rotor

so Im in the middle of changing the front rotors and wheel bearings on my 92 RS. I noticed that the replacement bearings have outer races on them while the bearings that were on the car did not have any on them. now after installing the inner bearing and race Im having difficulty getting to the rotor to go back on. Is there some easy way to getting the rotor back on that Im missing? and has anyone else pulled the bearings out that didnt have the races on them?
