86 TA WS6 to base 91 parts swap?
I picked up a '86 Trans Am (WS6) roller for $300 to scavenge parts from for my '91 base model 3.1. I need the windshield and it's got a BW disc posi and bigger front discs I think (anyone know the options?) plus some other bits and pieces. A good I think. My main question is what issues am I likely to run into when swapping over the front brakes? I've read about different brake line threads. ? Should I also swap spindles? Any other swap suggestions?
I'll also be parting out the rest. T tops, tan interior, heated hatch, hood, full power doors (windows, locks mirrors) console etc.

front brakes should be the same unless you've got the aluminum dual piston calipers, but i doubt it if they were never upgraded.
not too much to really grab as upgrades under car wise. may have bigger sway bars and better springs, but the springs are probably a bit worn out by this point. grabbing the rear is not a bad idea. if you do the swap, make sure to grab the proportioning valve as well

The combination valve threads in the 86 won't fit your 91.
There are two spindles: Standard and 1LE (and even the latter is a standard spindle with the ears cut off to accommodate larger brakes.
