Re: braided line question

the stock lines will fit for the front and back? I have most of the components for the LS1 brake swap except the braided lines. Should i order LS1 lines or lines for a 92?

thanks

Re: braided line question

they will be fine for the front, if you are also using ls1 rear brakes, you should get the proper lines for that year. They will still have the same flares, but are the proper length to work with the ls1 style brake hose retaining bracket that bolts to the axle.

3rd gen front hoses, 98-02 4th gen rear hoses. The hose from the chassis to the axle can be either year, they are the same, but some later 4th gens have 2 apparently for the 4 channel ABS

Great, makes sense, thanks for the clarification, and your time.
