Third gen brake rotor hub question?

Just wanting to know how thick should the rotor hub be when you have them turned for the ls1 front brake swap, I know the diameter needs to be 5.87" or somewhere in that range but not sure how much meat should be on the outer width of the hub. If anyone could give me a answer I would appreciate it.

Re: Third gen brake rotor hub question?

I imagine with. 030 clearance all around you should be ok. Doesnt hurt to to check, but the hub is iron...rotor aluminum. This means the rotor shouldnt pinch the hub when it gets hot. Get out the dial calipers!

Im using S10 hubs on mine. Tone rings for ABS.

Re: Third gen brake rotor hub question?

What I'm wanting to know is should the the hub sit equally in the ls1 rotor lip? How much should the width of the hub be or does it even matter?
