Rear brakes squeaking like crazy!

Hey guys, I have an '89 IROC with rear disks and they have been squeaking for about 9 months now and I cant narrow it down. I replaced the calipers because they were seized, then replaced the rotors because the insides were worn paper thin, and i just installed new pads and replaced the outer wheel bearing..AND STILL SHE SQUEAKS! I couldnt figure it out until the other day i pulled the passenger side wheel and saw that the bracket the caliper bolts onto has some rubbing marks where it looks like the rotor is coming into contact with it. now the squeak gets faster the faster i drive, but goes away once i apply the brakes with a decent amount of force. but when i use a very light amount of pressure on the brakes i hear a loud groaning sound, but if i give a little more pressure it stops. the groaning only happens when it is light, and the squeaking is always happening when im not using my brakes.

what would cause the groaning noise, and why does it look like my rotors are rubbing the bracket?

Make sure that the bolts that bolt the brackets to the rearend aren't rubbing the back of the rotor. If you have to long of a bolt there, it will rub the rotor. Not much clearance between bracket bolt and the rotor.

ok, i found a few pictures on google real quick to help explain. Imagine this is the rear disk on an 89 IROC. inside the red circles is where i found some rub marks on the bracket there where its must touch the rotor, but when i have the wheel off it isnt touching at all. that is where i think the squeak is coming from....but i wouldnt know what to do about it. ill get some pictures of my own car up this weekend.

Because of year, I assume you have a 9-bolt. On a 10-bolt, shims were often used to center the carrier over the rotor.
