forth gen brake booster clearance isue!

hey there guys, is anyone else having trouble with clearance when you installed your booster & master in your third gen? I installed mine today and it is really close to my strut tower mount, it fits but kinda close to my liking, any info?
thanks

Re: forth gen brake booster clearance isue!

hmm. I have a full fourth gen brake setup and the Founders strut mounts, so very similar to yours. My strut mounts are close to the body of the master cylinder whereas yours is close to the reservoir. Is your car at a stock(ish) ride height? My thought is that you may have too much caster (or camber I forget). I am running 4* positive which is the most my setup would allow. Maybe look into an alignment and bring the caster (or camber) in a degree or two and allow for more clearance. If you don't want to change it I would definitely look into getting a strut tower brace to prevent the tower from contacting the reservoir.
