Ed Help!
Hi Ed, I bought new hoses and banjo bolts for the LT1 rear brake system, but I'm running into trouble it seems like the bolts don't fit the hoses. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Ed Help!
Yea, they thread in, but I didnt get a wrench on it yet. The interefrence is slight, but usually a sign of problems.

Re: Ed Help!
Check the threads on the bolt where it starts to enter the hose. Since its gone in that far its the bolt that is the problem.

Re: Ed Help!
I've measured this with calipers. The throat of the bolt is slightly larger than the opening on this end. I think there might be a taper to the hose opening. If I remember right putting it through the other end it'll go all the way through. I'm pretty sure thats the wrong way.

Re: Ed Help!
Well, I fixed the one hose by reaming it with a drill bit, but its disappointing Ed's left me hanging.
