I just got done replacing everything.
1 C5 brakes up front with braided ss lines
2 Wiwood "dyno lite rear brakes"
3 Willwood 1" bore Master cylinder
4 Wilwood adj prop valve
5 Booster
6 all vac lines
I still have a problems.
A. My peddle is there sometimes and sometimes not. If I quickly pump it they are there
B. I hooked up the brake lite on the prop valve and now everytime I apply the brakes the lite comes on.
Any one out there have any answers or Ideas

 

The guys at Willwood said that is caused by the back brakes and a "C" clip axle. Called "Break Check" from the axles pushing the pads out in the turns. They said it can be fixed with a "C"clip elimitator kit to stop the axles from floating in the brakes.
I guess I am going to live with it.

Now I hooked up the brake lite and it comes on every time I hit the brakes. Why does that tell me?

 

Does anyone have a fix for this? The guys at wilwood said "C" clip elemination clip. Also why is the brake lite coming on when i apply the brakes.
