Rear Brake Upgrades?
Are there any rear brake upgrades for our cars or are the factory 11.6in PBR equipped cars the pinnacle or what we get.

Re: Rear Brake Upgrades?
Isn't the LS1 just the same calliper with a full 12in rotor rather then 11.6in rotor in the rear?

Note the parking brake which is superior to the thirdgen.

Re: Rear Brake Upgrades?
I run a 13" 2piece rear Baer rotor on my car.
the LS rotor is thicker than the 89-97 rotors. IIRC
Not a real big fan of the LS rear brake/ parking brake setup myself.
Its heavier, and the pad on the P-brake falls off a lot. This same setup was used on the 70s corvette and they had a lot of the same issues with them also.
