HELP! What is the best way to install the Iron rear caliper dust boot?

Edit: Problem solved - The metal ring from the old seal was jammed in the caliper where the new seal needed to go. A week of looking around for why the seal would not fit was fixed with a small flat end screwdriver! I wet the old seal and found the part number and matched it to the seals in the new kits. Old seal was swollen and looked nothing like the new seals. That and old crusty calipers sure tricked me into thinking the metal seal ring was part of the caliper casting. Now back to the rebuild.
