std thread VS metric

Axle/Gears: 2.73 open
std thread VS metric
i have a 82 camaro in for brake work . only to find 82 is STD thread where the lines attach to the MC. 83 and up are metric. and guess what ?? no parts houses can get me a MC with STD threads , all they can provide is metric.
so be advised of this diffrence
