How to test/tell if brake booster is bad
I've got press the pedal all the way down to get any kind of braking power. I was told if I don't have any leaks and if the MC doesn't seem to be bad,to check the booster. How do I go about testing the booster for this? If possible,I'd appreciate pictures attached.

The booster CANNOT cause low pedal or ineffective brakes.
All it does is BOOST. If you're familiar with what your brakes are like when your engine is not running, that's the only thing a bad booster can cause.
Your problem is not the booster. It is the brakes.

Simple booster test...Shut the car off and pump the brake pedal until all reserve vacum is used. As you do this pedal should rise a little. The with your foot on the pedal start the car, pedal should drop. No or low vacum to booster can cause you to think booster isn't functioning, ck vacum first.

Still won't cause the pedal to go to the floor. All that a low/no vac situation will do, is make it have no boost; the pedal will be hard as hell, you'll have to stand on it to get brakes, but height will be the same as always, and the brakes themselves will work the same as always.
Bad booster CANNOT cause low pedal. If your failure involves the pedal going to the floor, the cause of that symptom IS NOT the booster. You have a BRAKE problem. Most likely the MC, since THE SINGLE MOST COMMON symptom of a bad MC is, the pedal goes to the floor. Which is to say, "pedal goes to the floor" is THE SAME THING AS "MC seems to be bad".
Get the brakes working first. Worry about testing or otherwise messing with the booster AFTER the brakes work right.
