1991 RS: no rubber boots on slide pins?

Priest of all I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge on these cars,so I've been asking a lot of stupid questions.

I noticed today my front calipers are kind if strang compared to other cars. The slide pins are Allen screws, and there's no rubber boots on them. These are the stock brakes for a 1991 Camaro RS 305 by the way. Can somebody explain this to me?

Sounds like standard Delco-Moraine calipers, the type used on all 82-92, non-1LE cars.

sounds like every other GM car, truck, and van with single piston cast iron calipers built since 1969..

If they look like this your good to go.
Of course this is a newly rebuilt GM Caliper sold at Napa Auto Parts.

What kind are they exactly? Like floating or stationary?

The pad against the piston will move slightly on the pins.
The pins them selves do not move.
