9 bolt PBR brakes

I bought the PBR brake upgrade for my 9 bolt. I bought the full kit from Ed Miller at www.flynbye.com After waiting a month and numerous unanswered emails the parts finally showed up. However he never sent the instructions that were supposed to come with the kit. Does anyone by any chance have them or point me in the direction of someone that does? I sent an email to Ed asking for them but I don't expect anything back. Even pictures would help. I have a bag of hardware and brackets and no directions as to what to do with them.

Thanks in advance

The following write-up is for a 10-bolt, but the two braking systems are identical, though the 9-bolt apparently doesn't require the spacers.

Settle in to the old comfy chair with a good book. Ed isn't terribly prompt, but in my experience he comes through eventually.
