Car: '91 GTA, '92 T/A Convertible

Engine: GTA: 350 w/Vortec heads, T/A: 305

Transmission: Pro-built 700R4

Axle/Gears: GTA: 3.27, T/A: 2.73

Is this a line lock?

I recently purchased a '92 T/A convertible. Attached to the proportioning valve is a piece that I am unfamiliar with. It has two wires coming off of it(which are disconnected). The only thing I can think of is that it is a line lock. Any ideas?

I think it's a TCI line lock.
