Rear brake line/caliper issue

Any ideas of where i can get a replacement for this? Its the block that connects hard line to caliper. Im curious what others have done. I have new stainless steel lines for rear but busted this up trying to remove old corroded line from it.

If its just that locating ledge, you can use it without that.
