1982 Camaro Pace car brake bleed

I replaced all brake parts on my Camaro. New master and wheel cylinders, power booster canister, pads, shoes, and brake lines. I bleed the brakes till I have a firm pedal. As soon as I start car pedal goes to the floor. I can pump them up but when I release pedal and try again no pedal. Could this be a brake booster problem? If not what? Help please

82 Pace Car doesn't matter. (fortunately, in this case)

No it is not the booster. It is air in the system.

How did your bench-bleed of the master cyl go, before you put it on?

Thank you all for your support. I found the problem. Back shoes needed to be adjusted to drum. Pedal good.
