Recomendation on Diff Swap for Disc Brakes
Recomendation on Diff Swap for Disc Brakes
Hello
i have an 84 firebird with stock drums on the back, i would like to exchange them for discs, parts are very hard to find in my area specially for older cars like this, but in a junkyard i found an 85 iroc z with discs in the back, and a 99 camaro with discs in the back, i can take whatever i want from each car from 150 bucks, so before i start taking apart... which car do you guys recommend to pull everything up for the swap, and which parts should i pull, i was thinking on the whole diff, but what about brake lines, prop valve, etc?
Any help will be much appreciated.

85 discs, actually 82-88 discs will stop worse than your drums. They're not worth taking even if they're free and already off the car.
