Do I have Everything Needed for Front Wheel Bearing Replacement?

This is going hand in hand with a LS1 upgrade.

I've done some research on here but a lot of the threads are ancient and I couldn't find a direct answer.

Those are the major components, but I don't have part numbers handy. Might be wise to go ahead and get a package of new cotter pins instead of trying to use the old ones in the castle nuts. After I did my brakes, I also wished I had got new dust caps. Just tossing that in there.

Will also require some bearing grease to pack them.

Good point on the dust caps, I rather it just look nice and new anyway.
I have a ton of cotter pins so should be good there.
Grease I'll have.

Sounds like I have all parts needed for the bearing portion/install.

Yup, that's a pretty straightforward job.

Be aware though that unfortunately, some of the recent chinesium rotors don't have the slots or notches or whatever you would call them, to knock the bearings back out; so if yours have been changed sometime in the past, you might get a nasty surprise. Those, you might have to buy new rotors. But fortunately those are DIRT CHEEEEEEEP anyway, and you can use your new bearing except for the outer races, so it's not so terrible even in the worst case.

I'm doing the exact same thing. If you are getting new rotors to turn down into the hubs you need for the brake upgrade you probably won't need the races. I bought new AC Delco rotors and they had the races already installed. Buying the bearing and race set is not necessary. I started a write up in here on my brake upgrade
