Ebay is a good place to look. They pop up from time to time.
Some reman calipers such as Centric or Cardone sometimes come with the mounting bracket, but look closely as I have found non-hd ones with HD calipers.
There are a few Corvette parts companies offering used brackets at a premium price.
I have done C4HD brakes on both my 91s and I have gathered the parts (other than the hubs and spindle adaptor brackets) to do my 92 one day.
