Will i need to swap the master cylinder and brake booster to a 4th gen if I swap the pedal box to a 4th gen in my 88 formula 350?

Re: 4th gen pedal swap

No, but many people need to move the pin where the clutch master attaches to the pedal lower about 1" to work with factory hydraulics.

Are you talking about the tab that has to be ground down or something completely different? My car is currently an automatic. Thank you for your help.

Re: 4th gen pedal swap

Read the efffing sticky on the subject, the post in the FAQ forum, and the MULTITUDE of other posts on the subject. With pictures, measurements, reasons, discussion, options, etc. etc. etc. etc.

All of us with experience doing this swap got REAL TIRED of posting the same answers to the same questions over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over because people want to be individually spoon-fed because after all they're "entitled". It's all tied together in a handful of nice neat packages with every answer to every question you have asked, as well as all the answers (most likely) to all the questions you're about to ask once you figure out that it's a piece of the total puzzle. Please QUIT POSTING this crap and instead, SEARCH and READ.
