Rear disc brake for 88 Camero 2.8L
Rear disc brake for 88 Camero 2.8L
Someone stuffed a big motor in and the rear drum brakes look silly. I see conversion kits for $400 being sold with noname calipers, pads and rotors with the brackets hoses and lines and e-brake cables. Does anyone sell just mounting brackets alone? I can find the calipers, rotors and pads on my own.

I did the LS brake swap. I bought the rear backing plate w/e brake bracket on ebay for $300 in excellent condition. For the LS swap you need the backing plate/e brake bracket if you want e brakes. If you go with LT brakes you need a bracket. I've seen pics but no template, dimensions.

I think the LT are the same as the later 3rd gen discs? If so, you can just grab the L bracket and drill a hole like for the LS brakes and itll hold the cables no prob.
Slowly doing my LS brakes still myself
