Is the factory routing not an option?

Re: Need help with brake lines

The factory ran them across the top of the axle tubes. T fitting at/near the center top of the pumpkin, lines down the sides of the pumpkin and along the top to the bracket for the rubber line going to the caliper. There were little strips of metal welded to the tubes that bent over on the lines to retain them. Stainless tie wraps would probably work fine for that.

You can get sticks of line at the parts store and make up whatever you need.
