Gauging some interest here.


Basics:
1989 IROC-Z Camaro Convertible
305 TPI
4 speed auto
2.73 drum rear end
143,xxx miles

I finally got the top and tonneau system pieced together this past summer, so everything there is good. Top isn't in the best condition cosmetically, but there are no tears or leaks anywhere. I switched out the original grey interior for black carpet, door panels, kick panels, center console and trunk pieces. Seats are ebony leather from an '02 Camaro SS. Drivers seat is power, passenger is manual. Even though it is a 4 speed car, I have a 5-speed shift plate in it because A) I think it looks nicer and B) I was planning on switching out the 4 speed for a 6 speed anyways. There is also a brand new Xforce racing steering wheel on a Momo adapter. The taillamps, front signal lamps and sidemarkers have all been blacked out with Niteshades spray tint. With the black paint, it looks badass, but could be removed prior to sale if you dont want it on there. The car will have a little bit of smoke at start up if its been sitting for more than a few days. Other than that, it doesn't leak or burn any fluids. Front brakes are less than 6 months old.

Suspension: It has Spohn tubular A-arms w/ spring perches, Tokico struts/shocks/springs, new Moog ball joints, tie rods and centerlink, new UMI tubular poly/spherical LCAs and PHR out back.

Wheels/tires: On it right now are 17x8 polished aluminum Boyd Coddington Magneatos with 245-45-17 Falken Ziex tires. You will need new tires within i a few months. Also included are the original 16x8 double stripe IROC wheels in good condition with tires that are at 30%-40% treadlife.

Extras: Along with the car itself you get all the extra parts I have for it. I have at least 1 set of the plastic B-pillar caps that the seatbelts go through, probably 2. I have an extra tonneau cover (new style w/ relocated release switch) as well as an extra frame/top. I have a new MSD cap and rotor, MSD plug wires and 8 Autolite sparkplugs. I have an entire exhaust system from the Hedman shorty headers (no AIR/EGR tubes) all the way back to a dynomax muffler. There is a manual cutout where the catalytic converter used to be. The current exhaust system on the car needs to be replaced. The Y-pipe cracked on passenger side from the collector all the way to the flange at the catalytic converter. You also get the Eclipse 4x6 speakers I have in the dash and the Eclipse 6.5" 2 way speakers that are in the sail panels. If you want the Alpine amp that runs those speakers, the Pioneer 8600 MP3 player, the 800w Rockford amp and the 10" Orion sub that it powers as well as the box that holds it all that will be extra.

Now for the bad: The paint in some areas is scratched or peeling. HOWEVER, it is being fixed before it sells. The front facia, front cover, hood, tonneau and trunk lid are going to be repainted, and the few scratches on the passenter quarter will be fixed as well. The only other thing that needs to be fixed is the floorpans. There is a hole (maybe .5" x 1") behind the drivers seat, and another smaller one behind the passenger seat. Other than that, the car is mostly rust free besides some surface rust on the underside of the floorpans. The fenders and quarter panels are fine.

I know I'm forgetting stuff, even though this post is bordering on a mile long. I'm asking $6000 firm. If you have any other questions, let me know.
