Not sure i'm going to have time to finish this project any time soon so i thought i would test the waters to see if there's any interest in the car as it is. Bought the car with 85,000 miles on it and that's right around where it sits now. I drove it home and pulled the 305 TPI out, dropped in a carbed 355 that is rated at about 375 hp. Kevlar clutch and subframe connectors already installed. Needs the wiring sorted out, fuel hooked up (i already have the regulator), and a few other minor details. Interior is clean. Driver's seat has the usual wear on it, but the rest looks really good. Exterior needs a good washing but looks good as-is. 16" premium wheels still look great.
I have $4k in the motor and picked up the car for $4k. Would also include the stock 305 motor as well. Would be happy with $6500 obo.
I don't have any recent pics, the car is about 100 miles away in Coldwater, which is part of my problem with the project. I can get some next time i'm out there.
Feel free to email me with questions: jtyrrell@faac.com

I would also be up for a trade on this car as well. Preferably a 2001+ Honda CBR or similar that's in great shape. Will consider anything nice that's got 2 wheels.

Without the other motor, $6000 obo. Really, the 305 is just a bonus b/c i have all my money into the 355 that i had built. Right now it's not driveable b/c the fuel and the electrical connections aren't hooked up. These are fairly minor b/c it's a carb motor and doesn't need a whole lot of hookups. As far as the fuel, i have already bought the pressure regulator so it's just a matter of hooking that up between the pump and the carb. The interior is really pretty clean. I vacuumed it all out last time i was down there and was pretty impressed how well it has held up. The driver's seat has a little wear on the outside bolster, as many i have seen do. I was planning on replacing the stock seats with a pair of racing seats anyways.
Let me know if you're interested. I would really love to finish this car, but seems the time and distance are making it difficult to do.

Have had a few bites on the car so far. Still sitting in the garage though.
Gonna drop the price to $5500 obo and see if that draws any more attention. I do plan on getting some time in on the car in the next couple weeks and i will take pics then. Thanks for everyone who's emailed.
