1991 camaro rs w/ a 383 & 5 spd-project or part -out
hey guys unfortunatly its time to sell my beloved camaro project car. I've owned it for almost 4 years now and i hate to see it go but money is needed in other places. It's a 1991 chevy camaro rs with a little over 125,000. originally a 305 tbi- 5spd. Now i would say the car is 80% of the way finished. heres a run down on what it has:
Engine:
Holley 780 carb,
Weiand intake
Old style 350 block(non rolloer cam) bored .040 over
Speed pro forged flattop pistons, moly rings
Eagle forged rods
Eagle forged crank
clevite bearings
Rebuilt Corvette "113" heads(non ported)
it has a campcam in it, 226@.50 w/ about 500 lift. (nice torquey cam)
Transmission:
stock t-5 that came with the car(rebuilt at 100,000)
brand new o.e.m. clutch
stock shifter
Rear:
10 bolt
3.73 ratio
auburn posi
28 spline strange axles
Exhaust:
Hooker long tube headers
custom mandrel bent y pipe into 3.5" single pipe
ran in stock loaction over axel
flowmaster muffler iwth dual 3.5" chrome angle cut tips
SOUNDS INCREDIBLE!
Body:
Metallic blue
hardwood steel 2" cowl hood (not painted)
brand new american racing 16" chrome iroc's with 255's (need replaced soon)
Interior:
all stock except for aftermarket radio
Misc Items/Info:
Battery relocated to hatch
holley blue exterior fuel pump with a mallory fuel pressure regulator and guage
full msd 6a ignition system
ac/heater box was removed
s10 manual steering box
whats needed:
needs an alignment
passengers side door needs painted
hood needs paint(i also have the stock hood)
guages need to be hooked up
needs inspection
the car runs and drives and it very fun to drive. LOADS of power. i would estimated well over 400+ hp(never been to a dyno). i have well over 10K into the car and hundreds of hours of labor.
asking $5500 obo.
