I picked up a 92 B4C last year that didn't run. The guy was supposed to find the title and mail it to me but he seems to have disappeared. It was originally a NY state patrol car transplanted to MA in the early 2000s. It was then brought to WI, never titled here and pretty much sat in the guy's driveway for the last 6 years.
This is a B4C, 1LE car. 350 auto, 3.42:1 posi diff. It is kind of a basket case but has a ton of awesome parts on it. The previous owner said the fuel pump died so he parked it. I never really dug into it so I can't verify the engine or trans operation. It does have the dual cat exhaust and has a flowmaster cat back on it.

nice car for putting a little money into it. Know any auto repair shops or a tow company? get a mechanics lean put on the car and wait. then get a new title for $150 bucks..
